Blackcurrant zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in San José: the compare shortlist — Iqoscostarica
Blackcurrant in San José: 12 units tested over 2 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Coil life, liquid cost and the blackcurrant habit
Blackcurrant in San José reaches the shelf in zero-nicotine bottle formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Blackcurrant zero-nicotine bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: blackcurrant in San José works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant zero-nicotine bottle really costs in San José
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Costa Rica. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested blackcurrant in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long blackcurrant in San José survives.
- Mixing blackcurrant with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised ₡58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡1.87 per 10 ml.
