Blackcurrant e-liquid bundle IQOS in San José: the online shortlist — Iqoscostarica
Blackcurrant in San José: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What blackcurrant costs in San José
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Blackcurrant in a e-liquid bundle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long blackcurrant tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a blackcurrant e-liquid bundle really costs in San José
We run blackcurrant the same way in San José: same e-liquid bundle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested blackcurrant in a e-liquid bundle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Mixing blackcurrant with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised ₡64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡3.07 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
How long does blackcurrant in a e-liquid bundle last?
In San José we measured 2 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in San José: about ₡3.07 per 10 ml liquid plus ₡64 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
