Berry 10 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the review shortlist
Berry in San José: 14 units tested over 3 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Coil life, liquid cost and the berry habit
Berry 10 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: berry in San José works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a berry 10 ml bottle really costs in San José
Berry sounds like one product. It is not: a 10 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested berry in a 10 ml bottle
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 10 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a berry bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for 10 ml bottle in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
Where berry goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 10 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Costa Rica accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long berry in San José survives.
The rules that apply here
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority.
Packaging for berry in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On berry the budget price and the premium price can sit within ₡2.83 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Can I order IQOS online in Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does berry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 10 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the berry blend itself harsh.
