Apple sub-ohm kit IQOS in San José: the guide shortlist
Apple in San José: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Where buyers go wrong with apple in Costa Rica
A apple sub-ohm kit from the starter options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.18 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Apple sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a apple sub-ohm kit really costs in San José
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Costa Rica. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested apple in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every apple bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
Where apple goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Costa Rica accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
